Information for Filter Design

Operating principle:
Water is fed to the filter through a strainer from the inside to the outside. When a preset pressure drop is measured through the filter (differential pressure gauge), drain valve opens and the suction arm starts rotating:

The inside of strainer is then connected to the outside:

The pressure water inside the filter flows reverse through the strainer, back flushes it and removes solid material to the drain
