Water + Polymer Quench Filter

Quenching polymer and water solution for induction.
The baths of " water-polymer " are to be maintained with a filtration 100µ approximately to limit the quantity of  physical pollutants.

If the bath is not polluted by oils coming from a bad washing, its maintenance is carried out by static hydrocyclone, an self-cleaning filter or a static filter (bag or basket).

To avoid any loss of product, the drain is filtered in a bag filter of 100µ, or less.

IMPORTANT:

To allow the easy collecting of the particles in the system of purification it is essential to envisage a sufficient mechanical agitation to prevent the deposit of the particles at the bottom of the tank.

We have a solution using the " eductors ", who are “venturi” to be placed in bottom of the tank.

These eductors allow the use of smaller pumps, allowing considerable economies on energy used.

3 cases can arise:

To treat only the bath water-polymer:

The flow is calculated by our services to ensure a good purification of the solution water + polymer.

To protect the watering circuit:

Be careful:  the bath will not be protected because the flow-rate of the watering circuit is not sufficient for the purification of the bath.

To treat the bath and protect the heat exchanger:

When the exchanger does not function, a valve three ways makes it possible to return to the tank.
